Keep the camera open with Guided Access

Onboarding walks you through Apple's Guided Access — triple-click the side button and your child can't leave the camera.

Volume-button shutter? Removed on purpose.

Toddlers can't tell the volume button from the power button — and the screen goes dark. So the only shutter is on the screen.
