Heavier coat today, or lighter? End the hesitation at your front door.
The 1.7° clue
"Yesterday it was 70°F. Today, 66.9°F." A number that looks small, but decides one layer of clothing. Information other weather apps don't tell you.
Light at the closet
Umbrella, mask, heavier coat. One line tells you what to grab. 10 temperature bands × seasonal logic, no more closet hesitation.
5 seconds before the door
Morning push compares yesterday. Evening shows tomorrow. You know "today is different" without opening the app.
"When my child began daycare, I faced the same question every morning. Dress them like yesterday? Lighter? Warmer? No weather app showed yesterday's data. So I built one."
Why I built it
A weather app made by someone who checks it every morning — and dresses a kid based on the answer.
Three comparisons, one for each time of day
Other weather apps show the same forecast all day. ThanYesterday shows the comparison that actually matters right now.
Time of day | What you see |
Morning (4–11am) | "3° warmer than yesterday at this time" |
Afternoon (11am–5pm) | Today's high vs yesterday's high |
Evening (5pm–4am) | "Tomorrow morning will be 2° cooler than today" |

2 home screen widgets, 3 lock screen widgets, daily morning and evening notifications. From the moment you wake your phone, on the commute, even with a glance before bed — yesterday's weather keeps following you.
