Parental control tools are commercially available to help limit minors’ access to harmful material (e.g. www.getnetwise.org). kkiruk studio is not affiliated with those services, nor do we endorse them.

2.1 License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
2.2 Service Changes and Notice
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part of our Services with prior notice where reasonably possible.
If material changes occur, we will provide notice through the app, website, or other available channels.
2.3 System Outage
There may be times when our Services are unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons.
kkiruk studio is not liable for temporary unavailability except in cases of intentional or gross negligence.
2.4 Game Rules
Each game or application may include additional rules or guidelines. You agree to comply with them.
2.5 Third-Party Charges & Equipment
You are responsible for internet, device, and data charges related to using our Services.
3. User Data and Save Information
3.1 Local Data Storage
Our games primarily store gameplay data locally on your device.
If you are logged into iCloud (for iOS) or Google Play Games Service (for Android),
you may use their built-in manual cloud save feature to back up or restore your progress.
Cloud saves will not be created automatically — you must manually trigger or confirm the cloud save action inside the game or platform interface.
kkiruk studio does not operate its own servers; all cloud-save functions are handled by the respective platform providers.
3.2 Data Loss and Restoration
If you delete or reinstall the game, or change your device,
your progress can only be restored if you had previously completed a manual cloud save through iCloud or Google Play Games Service.
kkiruk studio is not responsible for data loss resulting from users not initiating a cloud save,
device settings, account disconnection, or cloud service errors,
except in cases of intentional or gross negligence.
3.3 Account Linkage
Cloud synchronization requires your Apple ID or Google account, managed by their respective providers.
kkiruk studio does not collect, store, or access your login credentials or cloud data directly.
4. Virtual Goods and Currency
4.1 Definition
Our Services may include virtual items or currencies (“Virtual Goods,” “Virtual Money”).
You purchase only a limited license to use them within the Services.
4.2 No Real Value
Virtual Goods or Virtual Money have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4.3 Refund Policy
Refunds may be provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and platform policies (e.g., Google Play, App Store).
Unused purchases may be eligible for withdrawal within the statutory period.
4.4 Control Rights
We may modify, regulate, or remove any Virtual Goods or Virtual Money at any time without liability.
5. User Conduct and Content
You agree not to use our Services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities, including (but not limited to):

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

kkiruk studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages except in cases of intentional or gross negligence.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Services.

All content, trademarks, and assets within our Services are owned by or licensed to kkiruk studio.
You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use and display it within our Services.
